Katherine scheduled and coordinated all of the rides in France, and updated me constantly throughout her trip. She sent me videos and a synopsis of each one. After trying out many horses, it was clear to everyone when my special horse was found.

Continuing on from that point, Katherine and Alize “held my hand” through the remainder of the process. They handled and coordinated every aspect from pre-purchase exam, to purchase, to insurance, to flight, to quarantine, to delivery to my doorstep. They were very accurate on costs estimated to me at the beginning, and there were absolutely no hidden or surprise costs.
